Pricing that grows with your Personalized Budget

No. The $0 account is a deliberately limited preview for exploring a fictional budget and selected product screens. It is not a complete or representative budgeting workflow.

Paid plans raise monthly receipt, statement, merchant-name cleanup, and AI limits. They also add bank sync capacity for maintaining the activity behind your Personalized Budget. Personalized Budget calculations do not consume receipt, statement, bank-sync, or AI-analysis allowances.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on your renewal date until you cancel. Web billing is processed through PayPal. Supported in-app subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. If you have no pending add-on charges, recurring billing stops and paid access continues through the current subscription end date. If you have pending add-on charges, the cancellation flow shows the balance and requires payment before cancellation is finalized.

You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. The Terms do not provide refunds for partial months, unused features, or downgraded subscriptions. Add-on purchases are also non-refundable once completed.

Canceling a paid subscription does not delete your account. Paid access continues through the current subscription end date after any pending add-on balance is settled. Your stored data remains unless you delete the account. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days except as required by law. You may request a data export before account deletion.

Optional add-ons buy extra receipt, statement, merchant-name cleanup, AI budget analysis, or AI chat capacity. Capacity is available immediately, and the charge is added to your next renewal rather than billed as a separate purchase. Included plan allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased add-on capacity expires 90 days after the next successful renewal payment and cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded. Unused add-on capacity is forfeited when the subscription ends. Current unit prices are shown in the Terms and in the signed-in add-ons flow.

Starter includes 5 bank sync accounts and can self-serve up to 9 total at $1 per account above 5. Plus includes 10 and can self-serve up to 19 total at $0.75 per account above 10. Contact support for 20 or more.

No. Plus is a higher-capacity plan inside one Expense Atlas account. It does not include separate household logins.

Existing users manage upgrades, resubscriptions, and account-specific billing from the authenticated in-app upgrade flow after signing in.

A written AI budget analysis is a separate insights report about your finances. It is not the Personalized Budget calculation. AI chat lets you ask questions about your finances in ordinary language. Merchant cleanup is a bulk pass that standardizes merchant names across imported transactions.
