If the mobile app will be your primary way to use Expense Atlas, it may be better to subscribe there so billing and management stay aligned with Apple or Google.
If you mainly work on the web, subscribing here keeps your plan managed through PayPal while manual statement loads remain included and automatic syncs are added separately.
